Effective September 19, 2026. These terms cover your use of treeservicemadison.net, the website of Tree Service Madison, 4269 W Beltline Hwy, 1st Floor, Madison, WI 53711. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; you are still welcome to call us.
What this website is
The site describes our tree services, lets you request an estimate, and publishes general information about tree care and about tree rules in Madison and Dane County. It is not a contract to do any work, and nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding when you read it.
Information, not advice
Our guides and answers are general information from a tree service. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for an inspection of your tree. Ordinances, permit rules, phone numbers and agency procedures change, and the official source always wins over anything written here. Check with the City of Madison, your own municipality or the Wisconsin DNR before acting on a rule described on this site.
Tree work is dangerous. Nothing on this website is an instruction to cut, climb, prune or remove a tree yourself, or to go near a fallen tree or a downed line.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored around the clock, and the form is not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt, a line is down or sparking, or you smell gas, call 911. For a tree on a structure, call us at (608) 571-1326 instead of writing.
Estimates and quotes
Sending the form asks us to contact you. It does not oblige you to hire us, or us to take the job. Any work we do for you is governed by the written quote you accept, and if that quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.
What you send us
Please give accurate details, and only for property you own, manage or have permission to arrange work on. By sending the form you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message or email. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
Our content
The text, maps, diagrams, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Tree Service Madison or are used with permission. You may link to any page, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please do not copy pages wholesale, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Links and embedded maps
We link to City, State and other third-party pages because they are useful, and some pages embed Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. If you spot a mistake, we would be grateful for a call.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tree Service Madison is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from relying on the general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any responsibility we take on in a written quote you have accepted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Dane County, Wisconsin.
